What would you love?
It’s an important question, because once you know what you would love to have working in your life, you really CAN make it happen.
Would you love to break free from procrastination? To heal your relationships? To earn more – feel better – weigh less?
You've done the talk therapy. You've done affirmations, positive thinking, and read all the self-help books. But willpower too often seems like 'won't power.' You're still not where you want to be.
Take heart. Whatever it is, you can make it happen – not by trying harder than you already are, but by trying something completely different.
The whole-mind connection
What’s left out of trying harder is your subconscious: the part of your mind that stores the beliefs programmed by past experiences and is responsible for many of your habitual, automatic behaviors. Those beliefs and habits may be limiting you as an adult.
According to cell biologist and Biology of Belief author Dr. Bruce Lipton, PhD, our subconscious minds process and respond to a million times more information than our conscious minds are able to. Put another way, if your mind is a handcart, then your subconscious is like a steam locomotive. If the two minds are moving in opposite directions, guess who wins? It doesn’t matter how disciplined you are, how hard you try, or how much you want to fix it – if your subconscious mind isn’t on board, it isn’t going to happen.
The solution
If you’re ready to move toward what you truly want to achieve your goals with grace, fluidity and ease, it’s time to learn how to open a direct dialog with your subconscious mind.
PSYCH-K is one powerful way to do that. PSYCH-K is a simple, direct and verifiable – and fun! – set of processes for communicating directly with your subconscious mind in order to discover and change pre-programmed, hidden beliefs from your past that may be sabotaging your success and happiness.
This gentle, soul-aligned method allows you to speak the natural language of the subconscious – images and emotion – and choose what changes to make. Once your subconscious mind agrees, you naturally move in the direction you have chosen to go.
With the easy-to-learn, fun-to-use PSYCH-K change processes, your subconscious mind supports your dreams and goals for a life that’s about moving gracefully towards what you love rather than trying harder with limited results.
Learn the process for yourself
Join Certified PSYCH-K instructor Tracy Cooke for a two-day PSYCH-K Basic Workshop to learn how to change your subconscious beliefs from self-limiting to self-enhancing. You can use it for your own personal growth and healing and to help others as well. PSYCH-K is safe and effective and works well as a complement to modern medicine and with other alternative modalities such as talk therapy and bodywork.
You'll discover key characteristics of the left and right hemispheres of your cerebral cortex (and how connecting them in a whole-brained state can be so powerful), the different processing methods of your conscious and subconscious minds, and how to use muscle testing (kinesiology) to communicate with your subconscious mind to uncover and transform beliefs that may be self-limiting.
At the workshop, you’ll learn:

The following TESTIMONIAL was written to Doug Parks (www.spirit2000) in November 2009 about a four-day workshop with Dr. Bruce Lipton and Rob Williams:
"My oncologist had concluded I had “xyz” condition resulting from my stem cells being damaged during transplant. I balanced for “Every part of me is perfectly healthy and functioning in total harmony” with the overall goal of “robust health.”
Well, all the medical test results came in last week. And, you guessed it … EVERYTHING IS TOTALLY NORMAL!
That new belief altered my behavior and attracted into my life information and individuals with just the right combination of expertise to assist me in making the necessary internal adjustments to my cellular environment to result in the manifestation of my 'robust health.'”
